Heart Breakers in Antigo

Stopped for a fish fry. Ordered the broiled haddock. Tender and juicy. Came with garlic bread, red potatoes, and salad.Very reasonable price. Good service. Great waitress AmyJ.

We had an excellent fish fry at Heart Breakers on Friday 12/28/18. We were a group of four who had fried fish, broiled fish, shrimp and chicken between us. The food was great and service was fast (once we got our order in). The place was so packed that it took almost an hour to get seated. If you have hungry children in your group the wait time may be an issue - if you are all adults who enjoy a fine Old Fashioned at the bar, the wait time may be a blessing.

So good, old man had tenderloin, amazing melt in mouth. Shrimp 3 ways delicious. Never a bad meal, always good service.

We came in on a Friday night without a reservation and was told it was 30-45 minute wait for a table. After helping my mom to get seated at the bar, she's a stroke victim so getting up there is a chore, Megan managed to get us a table so my mom would be more comfortable. I'm very grateful for this level of service and the food was amazing to boot!

Been here a few times. Drinks are good, fish fry is good and service is ok as they normally get really busy. Had a prime rib last stop that was good but nothing special. Have a limited menu, especially if you have food allergies. Good place to stop at from time to time.

One of locals best kept secrets for food. Good eats - all of it! But Saturday night prime rib and baby red potatoes will set the bar for all others. Cut the meat with your fork. Mmmmm! :)

I was not that impressed with the food I ordered to go on a Friday evening. Seemed like it had been done for a while and was kind of soggy. French fries were also cold and I only live five minutes away. I've dined in here before and the food was not bad. I probably just won't get food to go anymore!

Food is great, staff is friendly, bartenders are amazing. Gorgonzola steak is a wonderful treat for your tastebuds.

Good Old Fashion's on a Thursday Evening! Renovations of the bar/restaurant are almost complete.....looking good! Megan, our bartender was super nice and made our Old Fashions super tasty....didn't skimp on the booze! Food was just as great....steak as done just to our liking and the poor mans was not over done. Cannot forget the grasshopper dinner drink....its a must to end the evening. Thanks to your team for an excellent dinner and drinks!

We go through Antigo on our way to the cabin. Decided to stop for a Friday fish fry. Pretty crowded but got seated before we finished our first drink. Service was great, so was the Old Fashion, and the food was better. Perfect portions, no leftovers to take home. Now we'll just have to stop on Saturday for the prime rib.

Excellent food, very busy. Glad we got there at 5 before the rush started and that was on Wednesday night. Good menu selection Family members had been raving about the tenderloin gorgonzola. They were right. Small 5 oz, was very good. French onion soup was excellent. Taco salad perfect for lighter dinner. The meat in taco salad was lean hamburger, much better than greasy glob you often get. The prices are mid range. For those 3 items and 2 sodas it was $37.

What a great place! Huge portions, great fish fry, wonderful service even on a packed Friday, and good value! Just one of those classic great places tucked away that the locals know well, and you'll be lucky to find.

Our family Loves the Friday night Fish fries! Great atmosphere. Casual & fun dining. Also you can get the fish fries to go.

I only gave them one star to be able to leave the review...Fish fry combo was awful, broiled was watery, and none of it had flavor. We had combo dinner with tartar sauce that was mayo only, and the cole slaw was dry and weird and tasting.

Friendly staff, good food & spirits, nice atmosphere, definitely worth the stop.

The place was very busy but the food still came out wonderful. Steaks were cooked perfectly and were reasonably priced. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend.

This place is so delicious! The filet with blue cheese butter is the best steak I’ve ever had. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Don’t miss this little unassuming place in Antigo!

The service is very good, they are busy all the time yet they still rock it. The old fashions are delicious, and the food, especially the steaks, is fantastic. Guaranteed a great night out.

The food is great. We just love the feel of this place. When you drive over from Shawano area and make it a plan to go to a place you know it's good. And we go over ever couple of weeks
